FAQ

Q: Where do you source your ingredients?

A: Many of our botanicals are sourced from Canadian companies that specialize in organic ingredients. Some of these ingredients grow in Canada and others such as some superfoods and herbs that grow in hotter climates, are sourced abroad. Some ingredients are ethically wildcrafted.

Q: Are your ingredients Certified Organic?

A: Not everything is certified organic, although we ensure that the ingredients are of their true quality. Some of the local farmers we support grow using organic methods, but choose not to go through the process to obtain the "Certified Organic" certification. The majority of our herbs are organic and a small percentage are ethically wildcrafted. Feel free to send us a message or look at the label to see which ingredients are organic. If you have any other questions regarding the ingredients or practices of our suppliers, please reach out.

Q: Are you gluten free & vegan?

A: Our entire facility is gluten free and vegetarian friendly. We do use unpasteurized Ontario honey in our syrups, and therefore are not 100% vegan. Other than honey, all of our other products are botanically derived ingredients.

Q: Are these drinks safe for anyone?

A: If you have any medical conditions, are pregnant or nursing, it is advisable that you consult with your healthcare practitioner prior to consumption. Although these drinks are designed to support general overall wellness, there are some ingredients that if you are on medications, there may be contraindications; i.e. Gingko biloba and blood thinners.

A: There are specific herbal tea blends which have been designed for children, such as our Children's Botanical Blend. Others such as our nutritional blend Ruby, are great for kids also. Not all drinks are suitable for children, please refer to label information. If there are any medical conditions or if children are on any medications, it is advisable to consult with health care provider prior to consumption. Generally, our products are safe if the recommended dosage on our labels is followed accordingly but feel free to reach out and ask us.
