Shipping/Delivery Policy

Q: Do you offer free Canada shipping?

A: Yes, for all orders over $100 that are Canadian domestic, we offer free shipping. During promotions free shipping is not included unless advertised as such. If it's not included within the description, it's not inclusive. 

Q: Do you offer free local Toronto deliveries? 

A: Yes, we offer free local Toronto deliveries on Saturdays with $50 minimum purchase. Only available for address that are 15 km from our Toronto HQ (M$L 1T5). You will find these options at checkout. All deliveries are contact free and you will be messaged once your package has arrived. 

Q: Is there free local pickup?

A: Yes, local contact-free pickup and collection is an option at checkout. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours. Pick up time to be agreed upon by both purchaser and seller after purchase. Email info@wildheartsbotanicals.com or text Jazmine at 647 309 5026 to confirm pick up time and once you have picked up your package. 

Q: What is your return policy (for Canada Domestic orders)?

A: If you would like to return a product you received for a refund, the product must be returned at your own expense. Purchases must be returned in the original packaging and must be in a new, unopened and unused condition. There is NO refund for the original and return shipping charges. For all returns to be processed, it has to be within 15 days of receipt, if it's past the 15th day we will charge a restocking fee of 15% from the total order. We are not able to refund you the shipping charges as that is a cost we have to fulfill on our end as well.

There is NO refund on our Organic Elderberry Syrup- this syrup is fresh and will spoil if not refrigerated for longer periods of time. Feel free to email info@wildheartsbotanicals.com for any refund questions. 

Q: How long does shipping take (for Canadian Domestic orders)?

A: Generally orders take 1-3 business days to leave our warehouse. From time to time, orders may take longer if there are back orders or if the item(s) are out of stock. We notify all customers if a shipment will be sent out in parts, or if you wish to exchange one of the items that might be back ordered or temporarily out of stock. Additionally, due to Covid-19 Canada Post is experiencing delays and currently does not guarantee delivery times. 

Q: Do you ship Internationally? 

A: No. Currently we only ship within Canada. 

Q: Why does the Organic Elderberry Syrup need to be shipped Express?

A: Our Organic Elderberry Syrup is fresh and contains no artificial preservatives, alcohol or vinegar and therefore must be refrigerated. It is shipped in thermal wrap to help keep the syrup cool and must be refrigerated immediately upon receipt. Note: due to Covid-19 and the back log of Canada Post, they are currently not guaranteeing delivery times. Local pick up or delivery is the best option to maintain the integrity of the syrup.
